STAFF STYLE

We're getting ready for a big season ahead with lots of layering and transeasonal favourites. Think luxe leather separates, draped silks and elusive pops of embellishment. Let's get back to basics as we breakdown our favourite looks from the latest AW16 arrivals and what we can't wait to wear all season long...

Edwina, Designer/Director - “The Erichsen Jacket. The classic masculine biker shape has been tailored and refined to add femininity to the silhouette. I’m obsessed with the style and the matte black hardware. It’s the perfect companion for all occasions whether worn with a simple black tee and our Rampling Jeans or thrown over the shoulder of an evening ensemble, such as the Aurum Dress or Chriselle Dress."

Hannah, Digital Art Director - "The Bretton Shirt Dress. The ultimate in versatility, you can never go wrong with a super chic shirt dress. I love the softened silhouette created by the gentle drape of the silk but also how there is an element of toughness through the buttons and epaulette detailing."

Anna, Press Co-ordinator - "The Parker Mini. Intricately unique in it's texture and lace detailing, I love how the Parker Mini adds a modern twist to the classic leather style. Building on the known and loved Shrimpton Mini, this one is sure to emerge as a staple piece for all Aje girls."

Brianna, NSW Retail Manager - "The Harlow Mini. This piece had me from the start. I can't get enough of burgundy this season and the padded detail adds a bit of textural interest. Tough yet inherently soft, this is the perfect item I'll be adding to my winter wardrobe to add that pop of often overlooked colour. "

Rachael, Marketing Co-ordinator - "The Adéle Pant. Love me some sequins. Turning a well loved favourite into a game changing statement maker, the embellishment on this beauty really resonates with me for the upcoming season. I can't wait to wear them with an oversized jumper for an unexpected dose of daytime shine!
