SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC

All Australian online orders are shipped via DHL Express which offers 1 - 3 day postage to major capitals and 3-4 day delivery for areas outside the CBD, rural areas may take longer. A $10 flat rate fee applies to all purchases under $350. Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $350 and will be applied at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to Po Boxes or postage lockers.

Free shipping is not valid during sale periods. During Sale and Christmas periods please allow up to 7 - 10 days for your order to be processed and delivered due to high volume orders and potential shipping delays during holiday periods.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends, however you are welcome to collect your item from store should your Aje boutique have it available.


INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed, once collected it is booked on express postage to major cities, please allow 5 - 10 days for your delivery. A $35AUD flat rate fee applies to all purchases under $500AUD. Free shipping is offered on all international orders over $500AUD and will be applied at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, Aje cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied, if your purchase has been shipped no changes can be made to your order.


 

ORDER INFORMATION

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. This will also have our ABN and can be used to claim tax when leaving Australia. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day


REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to arrange a return or exchange please go through our 'Submit A Return' process located on the menu bar at the bottom of our website. Attempting to return an item in store or to Aje head office without this process approval can result in the return being rejected. Please make sure items are returned in original condition with all original garment tags attached.

Returns that fail to meet these standards will be returned at customer expense. You will be contacted by an Aje staff member should your exchange choice not be available. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs including return postage, all order exchanges will incur a shipping fee of $10 regardless of total order cost.

Please allow 14 days for your exchange to be processed and re-delivered. Refunds will only be offered on faulty items, wrongfully described items or if we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability. No return/exchange/refund are accepted on sale items.

Refunds will only be given for items deemed faulty. Our lovely staff and customer service team are happy to answer any size or fabric related questions to ensure you purchase the correct size. Additionally, our online size guide is a detailed reference to ensure you make the correct size choice. This refund policy applies to change of mind purchases as well unless the product description or image does not reflect the item received.

All purchases can be exchanged for a different size or returned for a credit note within 14 days from purchase, with a notable exception of sale purchases. All exchanges are subject to availability. Should you wish to exchange for a size that is no longer available we will be able to process a credit note but not a refund.

All credit notes must be redeemed within 6 months of issue, all gift cards are valid for up to 1 year from date of issue.

All sale items are non refundable or exchangeable unless found faulty. Should you find your garment is faulty, we will accept faulty returns and assessments for up to 3 months after purchase.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Every reasonable effort has been taken in the preparation of this website to ensure the accuracy of its contents, however no warranty is given. Illustrations and all other photographic depictions are for presentation purposes only. No responsibility is taken by Aje for loss or damage once the package has been dispatched.
