SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC

All Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped via TNT Express which offers overnight express postage to major cities and 1-3 day delivery for regional areas. A $10 flat rate fee applies to all purchases under $300. Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $300 and will be applied at checkout.

Free shipping is not valid during sale periods. 

During the Flash Sale and Christmas period please allow to 5-7 days shipping in case of delays through TNT shipping.


INTERNATIONAL

All International orders are shipped via TNT Express offering 3-7 day delivery. A $35 flat rate fee applies to all purchases under $500. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $500 and will be applied at checkout. Aje are not responsible for customs fees or any other additional costs incurred via international shipping.

Free shipping is not valid during sale periods.


CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you require any changes to your order including address details and sizing please contact us within 1 hour of the order being placed to ensure modifications can be applied. Please note if delayed we may not be able to action any requested changes.


ORDER INFORMATION

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. This will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. This will also have our ABN and can be used to claim tax when leaving Australia.

RETURNS

Please make sure items are returned unworn and in original condition with garment tags attached. Please also include a printed version of the original receipt of purchase sent to your email. It is our priority to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Exchange is available on all full priced items through the following protocol. Please contact our Customer Service Team on + 61 2 9356 4454 within 14 days to make your exchange. Upon approval, please post your item(s) back to us via registered mail.

Please make sure items are returned in original condition with all original garment tags attached. Please also include a printed version of the original receipt of purchase sent to your email and a brief letter detailing the reason for your exchange or return. Returns that fail to meet these standards will be returned at customer expense. You will be contacted by an Aje staff member should your exchange choice not be available. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs including return postage. Please allow 14 days for your exchange to be processed and re-delivered. Refunds will only be offered on faulty items. No return/exchange/refund on sale items.
